At Congress Street Up, the 1920s-style speakeasy inside Savannah’s American Prohibition Museum, you’ll spend about two hours learning cocktail ratios, bar tools, and classic drink techniques. You make two full-sized cocktails, sample three more, and hear local and Prohibition-era stories from the bar team. Past instructors have included Connor, Daphne, Leah, Val, Blake, and Jackson.
