In Palazzo Grazioli near the Pantheon, an English-speaking chef such as Olga, Giorgio, Christian, or Fabrizio guides you through ravioli, tortelli, and fettuccine. You knead, roll, shape, and eat your pasta at a shared table with organic Tuscan wine, dessert, and limoncello. The small group is limited to 10 people and lasts three hours.
