“Check weather forecast before you book as Bordeaux gets quite a bit of rain. Bring own food and drinks. Took one and a half hours to travel to Blaye on coach which was very clean and comfortable. Guide was very informative. Spoke French and English. Visited Blaye Citadel for one hour which was very pleasant on a dry day-not too busy in September. Time at vineyard was interesting but felt a bit rushed. Wine sampled in lovely banqueting hall was of very good quality. Overall a very enjoyable experience and a nice break from the city.”

Kate at the first tasting in Séguret was so friendly and so helpful on where we could buy some of the wines tasted. She really made the day so special. The areas surrounding the tour are stunning and all together the half day was up there with some of the best days I have had. This is such a well organised and brilliant day that…”
